"Shipping took forever"
Shipping was way slower than I expected, which was annoying honestly. I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the morning, and it just barely moved for days. The item did eventually show up, but the wait was frustrating

"Well, That Wasn’t What I Ordered"
I ordered one thing and they somehow sent me something totally different. Always fun when shopping turns into a surprise box, right? Customer support took forever to respond and still didn’t actually fix the issue. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Not really for me"
I ordered from lovefoy.com because the site seemed simple to use, but the whole experience ended up being a bit disappointing. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear, so I was kind of left guessing.
The item itself was fine, I guess, but for the price I expected a little more. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies didn’t really help much. Maybe someone else would have a better experience, but for me, it just felt..

"Website was a bit of a struggle"
I’m not gonna lie, using the site was kind of frustrating. The menus were confusing, and some pages took way too long to load. Like, come on now, I just wanted to find what I needed without clicking around forever.

"Checkout was fine — just a little clunky"
Checkout did go through in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. A couple pages loaded slower than I expected — and I had to double-check my details twice, which was a bit annoying. Not terrible, just kind of average.

"Not what I thought I was getting"
I ordered from Lovefoy, the item I got looked different from what was shown online. The size, material, and color all felt off compared to the description. Maybe I was in a hurry and didn’t study every tiny detail, but I did check the page before buying, so it was still frustrating. It just seemed like the listing made the product sound way nicer than it actually was. I probably wouldn’t trust their descriptions again

I ordered from Lovefoy and the delivery was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, or actually, it updated so little that I had no idea where the package was most of the time. It showed up way later than expected, and I had to chase them myself to get any information. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Refund took longer than it should have"
I did eventually get my refund, but it took way longer than I’d expect. I get that these things can take a few days, but at some point it just felt unnecessarily slow. Common sense says if the return is already processed, the refund shouldn’t drag on that much.

"Looks nice, but just okay quality"
It looks nice in person, but the fabric was a bit thinner than I thought it’d be. Not terrible or anything, just not as good as I was expecting. Overall its okay

"A bit slower than I’m used to"
They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I’ve had quicker replies from other places before, so the wait stood out a bit. Still, at least they answered in the end

"Okay, but not worth what I paid"
I ordered from Lovefoy it was just kind of average. The item looked nice enough at first, but for the price, I really expected the quality to feel better. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would. What annoyed me most was that when I had questions, it felt like they kept leaning on their policies as an excuse instead of actually trying to help. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

"Packaging was really poor??"
I’m not sure what happened here?? The box showed up completely crushed, and the item inside looked like it had been packed in a rush with barely any care

"Backed out at checkout"
I got to the payment page and pretty much made a snap judgment that I wasn’t comfortable going any further. The checkout just looked a little off to me, and I couldn’t find anything clear enough to make me feel okay about entering my card details.

Maybe it’s totally fine and I was being cautious, but I bailed. If it’s a shopping site, the payment part needs to feel secure right away, and this one didn’t.

I tried Lovefoy mostly because I saw they had some discounts available. The promo code did work without any issues, but to be fair, the final savings weren’t as much as I was hoping for once everything was added up. It still knocked a little off the price, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably use it again if there was a stronger deal, but it’s not a site I’d be checking constantly...

"Cute gift, but the personalization could’ve been cleaner"
Not gonna lie, I thought the personalized gift turned out okay. The idea was really sweet and my partner did like it, so I’m still glad I got it. I just noticed a few details that didn’t look as clean or polished as I expected. It’s definitely still usable, but I wish the personalization had been done a little more carefully.

"I ordered a toy from lovefoy.com..."
I ordered a toy from lovefoy.com for myself, i was disappointed with how quickly it started falling apart. I only used it a few times before the material felt loose and some of the parts stopped lining up the way they should.

For what I paid, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Maybe I just got a bad one, but from my own experience, I wouldn’t spend my money on it again.

"Returning this was way more confusing than it should’ve been"
I tried to return my order and got confused by the whole process. Support took a while to get back to me, and when they did, the instructions weren’t very clear. I kept wondering if I was even doing it right. In the end, it felt like way too much hassle and not really worth it.

"Tracking Was Useless"
The order tracking didn’t really help much. It barely updated, so I was left guessing when my package would actually arrive. For the money spent, I expected better communication.
